DAS Solar presented high-efficiency modules at Thailand’s Sustainable Energy Week 2023

2023-09-01

In August 30, DAS Solar, as one of the Tier 1 PV manufacturers, exhibited its latest N-type high-efficiency modules and solutions at Sustainable Energy Week 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand. The Sustainable Energy Week 2023 Exhibition is one of the most influential new energy expos in the Southeast Asian region. The purpose of the exhibition is to share photovoltaic resources and explore broader applications of new technology for energy development within the Southeast Asian region and around the world.

Thailand's Power Development Plan (PDP) projects a growth of 15.6 GW of photovoltaic capacity by 2037, marking the government's commitment to advancing renewable energies. At the exhibition, DAS Solar showed DAS Black series module, N-type 3.0 series module, and lightweight high-density module, which has gained recognition in the Thailand market. As a leading brand in N-type technology, DAS Solar is dedicated to continuous exploration and rigorous research in N-type technology, consistently surpassing industry standards in cell and module efficiency. After years of dedicated research and development, DAS Solar's cutting-edge TOPCon 3.0 plus cell technology is into mass production. The cell achieved an impressive cell laboratory efficiency of up to 26.24%, and setting a world record for the open circuit voltage of 730mV.

With a transition from TOPCon 1.0 to TOPCon 3.0 Plus cell technology, DAS Solar is dedicated to pushing the boundaries further with TOPCon 4.0. The TOPCon 4.0 technology is characterized by four key elements: the novel transport mechanism of charge carriers, innovative cell structural design, the application of cutting-edge innovative technology, and the integration of new materials. Technical research and development are proceeding successfully, with an expected industrial efficiency of over 26%. In addition to enhancing cell efficiency and module power, this advancement will also facilitate all-around cost reduction efforts by reducing costs comprehensively.

DAS Solar N-type module entered the Thailand market in early 2023, exhibiting robust core advantages including high efficiency, high power output, enhanced bifacial efficiency, minimal degradation, and exceptional reliability, which ensures long-term optimal value to Thailand customers. A comprehensive distributor network in Thailand will be developed by DAS Solar. DAS Solar maintained a global perspective, which has enabled the company to expand its products and services to over 60 countries and regions worldwide. To fulfill the needs of global consumers in a variety of situations, DAS Solar will continue to offer innovative N-type products and technologies in the future.
