DAS Solar shines at InterSolar South America

2023-08-30

DAS Solar, as one of the Tier 1 PV manufacturers, is showcasing its latest N-type 3.0 series and solutions at InterSolar South America, South America’s leading solar industry exhibition, which is being held in São Paulo, Brazil, from August 29th - 31st.

At the exhibition, DAS Solar shows its 630W N-type Pro bifacial double-glass module, 560W monofacial P-type module and 430W lightweight high-density module, which has gained recognition in the South America market. As a leading brand in N-type technology, DAS Solar is dedicated to continuous exploration and rigorous research in N-type technology, consistently surpassing industry standards in cell and module efficiency. After years of dedicated research and development, DAS Solar has upgraded from TOPCon 1.0 to the latest TOPCon3.0 plus cell technology. DAS Solar's cutting-edge TOPCon 3.0 plus cell technology is into mass production. The cell achieved an impressive cell laboratory efficiency of up to 26.24%, and setting a world record for the open circuit voltage of 730mV.

N-type 3.0 module utilizes top-of-the-line TOPCon 3.0 puls cell technology, encompassing outputs of up to 640W, resulting in an impressive conversion efficiency of 22.9%. Furthermore, these modules have low crack susceptibility, reduced operating temperatures, minimal light degradation, exceptional conversion efficiency, excellent bidirectional performance, and enhanced low-light electricity generation characteristics. The lightweight high-density module developed by DAS Solar have also been a highlight of the exhibition. UV-resistant polymer-modified fluorine-based materials replace conventional photovoltaic glass, reducing module weight by 60% while maintaining the same power output. The lightweight high-density module offers flexibility and bendability, with a bend radius of up to 880mm. Using a novel module encapsulation design, transportation, and installation costs can be reduced. The lightweight high-density module is adaptable to various intricate installation settings, allowing for swift installation without the requirement for additional bracket structures.

DAS Solar N-type 3.0 series modules have successfully passed the INMETRO certification in Brazil. As Brazil's national accreditation institution, INMETRO develops the country's official standards. The INMETRO certification not only validates the DAS Solar’s superior quality standards, but also benefits its entry into Brazilian market.

As a globally-oriented renewable energy enterprise, DAS Solar’s modules shine at InterSolar South America will significantly advance the company's global expansion efforts and expedite the growth of its overseas operations. DAS Solar established subsidiaries in Germany and Australia, expanding its business operations throughout Europe, Oceania, and other nearby regions, extending its worldwide presence to more than 60 countries and regions. To fulfill the needs of global consumers in a variety of situations, DAS Solar will continue to offer innovative N-type products and technologies in the future. In 29-31 Aug, DAS Solar is showcasing the latest N-type 3.0 series products at B2-10 in EXPO Certer Norte, São Paulo.
