2023-03-16

On March 15, the PV Expo opened at the Tokyo Big Sight International Convention Center. As the first launch in Japan, DAS Solar presented latest products and innovations, such as the N-type black thru module and lightweight modules.

The 580W N-type bifacial module, and the 435W N-type black thru bifacial module are shown at PV Expo Tokyo 2023. As a leading brand in N-type technology, DAS Solar's N-type black thru bifacial module features TOPCon 3.0 cells, with an average cell efficiency of over 25.2%, a maximum production efficiency of 25.6%, and a maximum module efficiency of over 22.8%. The N-type black bifacial module's high efficiency make it best choice for various applications, including residential, industrial, and commercial rooftop and utility PV plants.

Japan’s PV market is advanced. Moreover, Japan's installed capacity has consistently been among the top in the world, with stable growth each year. One of the key directions for Japan's energy transformation is the distribution of rooftops, which is widely favored by users for high returns. At the PV Expo, DAS Solar showcased a lightweight module with fluorine composite material, reducing its weight by 60%, which totally meets the residential market demand. The unit load of 4.3kg/ m2 makes the module easier to transport and effectively solves the problem of roof load restrictions. Moreover, the low resistance efficiency also results in less power loss. Lightweight modules have a wide range of application, with the added benefits of efficiency, lightweight, and reliability. The latest modules have garnered widespread attention from visitors to the exhibition.

As the international first tour, DAS Solar booth attracted visitors who discussed the future direction of the industry. In 2023, DAS Solar will actively implement global strategy and international development, further expanding global branches.
